Our distribution agreements have been extended and now include East part of the Germany with further expansion option to another regions. That is the reason we are looking for a Sales Representative for Germany.
You will be working at our office in Włocławek, but obviously the part of your job will be frequent, short business trips to customers in Germany. We also take part in technical conferences and fair trades e.g Hannover Messe, Meorga, etc.
At work you will not be left alone. In our team we have a very experienced German engineer who knows the market. You can also use the support and historical sales data from the regional offices of our suppliers.
Your job is to expand German market by remote and direct establishing contacts and gathering business partners:
- engineers at large industrial plants,
- engineering and EPC companies,
- procurement offices and sub-suppliers.
Your role is to represent our company and convince customers to us and – what is also important – to yourself, by presenting products, finding solutions, solving difficult problems or inspecting the field. You are the first line customer’s support. You will be preparing your quotations yourself first, but when you get experience you will have back office support.

You will work with native German speakers. Often, despite they work in a technical branch, they do not know foreign languages. Excellent German is crucial.
Without knowing English working with technical documentation will not be possible. Contacts with suppliers are mostly in this language.
Ambition and willingness to learn
We can teach you a lot about automation in the process industry if you really want to learn. We are willing to employ people who do not have much experience but want to improve their qualifications and develop.
Activity, self organization and readiness for business trips
Without commitment, you can not achieve success. You must be able to motivate yourself for active work, without the constant supervision of others, although this will be indispensable part at the beginning. Due to the supported market, the work will require frequent trips abroad or accomodation in Germany.
Willingness to talk with people and build relationships
You need: wordliness, reliability and commitment. We are not looking for 'shopkeepers'. We operate on the market and grow not because we are the cheapest, the largest, or because we are aggressive. The basis of our market position is that we always offer help to our customers in difficult for them situations.
